Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our sales processes, mentoring a team, and helping the company scale. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a growing sales team (currently 10 reps), with plans to scale further
- Set and exceed monthly sales targets across key health service categories
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead engagement and conversion to customer reactivation
- Onboard, train, and coach team members to ensure consistent performance and growth
- Develop and refine sales strategies, scripts, and processes based on data and feedback
- Monitor team KPIs and drive improvements through actionable insights
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on business goals
Qualifications:
- Ys of sales leadership experience (startup, healthtech, or consumer background a plus)
- Proven success in hitting and scaling team quotas
- Strong coaching, management, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Analytical, adaptable, and motivated by results
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati
