Job Description:
GoRocky is a men's health platform focused on destigmatizing and treating men's health conditions. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing design team and help elevate the visual and user experience of our expanding health categories.
You’ll collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive user flows, contribute to a scalable design system, and the evolving brand identity of GoRocky.
Responsibilities:
- User Experience and Interface Design
- Design clear, conversion-driven user journeys across key pages such as landing, blogs, purchase, cart, and checkout
- Use available research and data to identify UX issues and propose thoughtful design improvements
- Ensure designs are accessible, mobile-first, and align with product goals
- Branding and Design Systems
- Contribute to the ongoing visual identity refresh of the GoRocky brand
- Collaborate on creating new product branding, including GoSlim and future categories
- Help build and maintain a scalable design system that supports consistency across teams and pages
- Document UI components, patterns, and usage guidelines for the design system
- Work closely with the team to ensure visual cohesion and a unified user experience
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work, branding, and systems thinking
- Experience with Figma and familiarity with no-code or low-code tools like Webflow (huge plus)
- Good understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and modern design standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
- Open to working 2 to 3 days per week onsite at our Makati office
