We are seeking a strategic and analytical Category Manager to lead category performance, drive growth, and optimize product offerings.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to guide decision-making
- Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations to support category plans
- Monitor key category KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance and insights
- Identify opportunities for new products, category expansion, and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or retail buying
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
