We’re looking for a Data Analyst who will turn data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to help identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support data-driven strategy across the company.
What You'll Do:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (product usage, marketing, finance, operations).
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide product and business strategies.
- Support experiments and A/B testing by analyzing results and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical projects.
- Create and maintain data documentation, definitions, and standard reporting templates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across databases and analytics tools.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles (internship experience counts for junior roles).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with data from CRMs, digital marketing platforms, or product analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Background in startups, e-commerce, or healthtech.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and database management.
