Role Overview:
The Head of Creatives leads the overall creative direction and output of the brand, ensuring all designs, campaigns, and content align with brand identity and strategy. They oversee the creative team, manage workflows, and collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to deliver high-impact visuals and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the brand’s creative vision, tone, and visual identity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team (designers, editors, copywriters).
- Oversee concept development, storyboarding, and execution of campaigns across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate strategy into creative outputs.
- Review and approve all creative deliverables for quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage timelines and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior creative or art direction role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and creative leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Keen eye for detail and deep understanding of design, advertising, and content trends.
- Proficient use of ClickUp is a plus.
