We are seeking a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
What You'll Do:
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
- Assist in implementing people-related initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and recognition efforts
- Maintain and update HR records, systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Help organize training sessions, surveys, and internal events
- Contribute to internal communication efforts to promote culture, policies, and company values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support culture-building and HR initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, Google Workspace)
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
