We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across digital channels.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in managing paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on data insights
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Analyze and report on key metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and media planning activities
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or other attribution platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
