We are seeking a Product Design Associate to support the development of intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to life
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
- Support the maintenance and development of the design system
- Prepare design documentation and assets for handoff to engineering
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data
What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in product, UI/UX, or interaction design (internships or freelance work acceptable)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong visual design sense with attention to detail
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
- Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving ability
