We're looking for a passionate mid-level software engineer - backend focus to join our growing team and help build scalable solutions that power our platform.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Build and optimize PostgreSQL databases with complex queries and data modeling
- Work with Supabase to create seamless backend integrations
- Develop RESTful APIs using NestJS or Express frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper testing and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL - writing complex queries, database design, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms
- Proficiency in NestJS or Express.js for building scalable APIs
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with database migrations and schema management
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
