We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Technology Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure and systems.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage technical teams, including software engineers, IT staff, and system administrators
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software systems and platforms
- Define and implement technology strategies that support business objectives
- Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and security to ensure stability and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess technology needs and deliver solutions
- Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the business
- Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and technology budgets
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering, or IT management
- Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- Proven experience managing technical teams and cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity standards
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
